As soon as I set foot on the vibrant island of Roatan, I knew I was in for a treat. The Caribbean breeze greeted me like an old friend, and the promise of adventure hung in the air. Upon arrival, I was met by Jason, or JJ as he preferred to be called, a local guide with an infectious enthusiasm for his home. After the zip line, we took a leisurely stroll to see more of the island’s animals, each one more fascinating than the last.
