A dream come true - It was always a dream to come to Egypte and experience the nature and history. Thanks to Karim and Mido my dream came true today. They showed me the most beautiful landscapes in the white and black desert. Some views were surrealistic, like i was on an other planet. In the car we talked about Egyptian culture and have a good laugh. It was one of the best days of my life. Thanks you all!

Honestly, it was a bigger trip to the oasis of the Black and White Desert ↓✨. Creme was a very excellent Tor Jade, explaining his information in an easy and enjoyable way, and creme was attentive to every detail and made sure we were comfortable and well-stocked.
The market was very Pro, safe flight, helpful and friendly, with a sense of safety and comfort.
The trip with them was an unforgettable experience, and I would recommend whoever visits the place to check out them 👌 Thank you for the beautiful day and the wonderful organization!

Desert White – must do - Lots of road to get there, but it's definitely worth it. The White Desert is incredible, with unique and unreal landscapes, it really feels like we are elsewhere.
Despite a 4x4 breakdown in the desert, everything went well: we waited for another vehicle and the guide was very reassuring. He explained that we would see everything as planned, stress-free and at our own pace, which really made the difference.
A memorable excursion, I recommend without hesitation.

The communication before pickup has been very good, very formal with the schedules, and willing to help us in everything we have needed during the wxcursion. Desert tour - Really nice desert tour, experience to do absolutely if you come to Cairo. We left with the guide Omar Saeed really prepared, put us at ease and told us so much about Egypt. Very good and helpful. Highly recommended

Perfect tour - Amazing experience in the white desert! It was a great tour and fantastically organised and coordinated by our guide Mohamed Italiano! He was taking care of us and speaks a perfect Spanish.

Beautiful desert - Very nice tour to the beautiful desert. Guide Hamad Sayed was very friendly and took a lot of photos of us, even climbed the mountains with me.
Drivers Mido Ashour and Ahmed Samir were professionals, so we felt safe and even could take some nap in the morning trip to the desert.
Driver stopped at the desert whenever we wanted and we had enough time for everything.
Very good tour overall.

White Desert and Black Desert Tour - I can only advise you to take this excursion. But above all, I wish you one thing: to have Abdullah as your guide. He made us live a magical moment that we will never forget. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts Abdullah! 🙏 And thank you very much to the Mido driver for driving us there!

Bahariya Oasis Tour without visiting Bahariya - The tour experience was negatively impacted by very poor coordination between Sun Pyramid Tours and the local operator. – we arrived early to Bahariya, only to wait at the compaund with nothing to do/see until nearly noon, then a rushed drive to get to White Desert and back to the oasis before dark…
Both drivers (to/from Cairo & in the desert) were EXCELLENT, doing their very best, but the tour itinerary, as advertised, takes at least six hours in Bahariya/White Dessert to complete in best circumstances, and with the late start in Bahariya we had less than five hours available. No one was really in charge. The guide (otherwise a very nice young man) did not seem to have yet much experience with the area, so he could not help navigating the tight schedule.
Food – nice kebab, the rest mediocre, there must be better choices at Bahariya – which I did not get the chance to see AT ALL besides the local tour company compound. Also, “exploring” Black Desert = only a five-minute stop, and no time left to see El Hez village.
In summary the White Desert is well worh of a day visit, but Sun Pyramid Tours does not have the professional competence to organize and execute what has been promised - just pocketed the commission and dropped the ball. When I complained, I was promised an explanation, none has arrived despite reminders. Go, but book the tour elsewhere.
