Safe and Accommodating Tour Guide:Request Kimber - Words can’t express how appreciative I am for having a tour guide that made me feel safe as a solo traveler. Kimber was such a joy to spend a day with. He’s very familiar with the cultural aspects of the city and doesn’t mind pivoting when needed. When we arrived at the Batu Caves, he personally walked me there to help me navigate the crowds and to ensure I felt comfortable. If you’re looking for an accommodating guide, please request Kimber!!! Also, he speaks very good English.

Very Convenient - It’s very nice having a private driver take you around and keep you on schedule. It’s not a historical or cultural tour, where you expect the guide to have deep knowledge. Harim was very friendly and we enjoyed his company.

Efficient booking, great tour guide, fascinating visits - Despite me only booking late evening when the tour was the following morning, the booking was very efficient. I received WhatsApp confirmation about who my driver would be, a photo of the car/ registration number and direct contact from the driver to confirm the pick up time and when he’d arrived in the hotel lobby.
Jega was a fantastic tour guide, his English was excellent and he was very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgable and I would definitely recommend another solo tourist booking the tour.
I booked the morning tour and would recommend this, since Batu caves get busy from about 10am when the coach trips start to arrive. It was nice an quiet first thing in the morning.

Great! - Great experience to quickly visit KL main tourist sites. Ayyanar is a great host that arrange his guests as they wish. Great insight into historical history of each site and Malaysian culture

Batu caves, excellent experience! - It was a en excellent experience with Ben, he was very knowledgeable . We did a great tour around the city, with curios facts and history! I would recommend this tour and with Ben is way better

KL Quick - Didn’t have much time, this 4 hr tour was well planned mixture of culture, sights and shopping opportunities. Driver was friendly, safe, organised and informative.

Ok, but could have been better. - The tour was ok and the guide was a nice lady. But we had other expectations with regards to the actual guiding of the tour. We expected more of an explanation and background on the different stops, but that was minimal. We basically had like a private driver that drove us around and gave some brief explanations of what we were seeing.

Terrible. Don’t waste your money. - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DONT BOOK THIS TOUR.
Absolutely terrible. A total waste of money. They wanted me to pay more because we were located “outside the pickup area” even though when booking the address we entered was accepted. The driver showed up an hour late so we couldn’t go anymore due to rush hour traffic. We lost a whole day. The driver came back the next morning which was Friday morning. The mosque was closed to public so we couldn’t see it. He didn’t take us to china town or little India because the driver said he had another group of ppl he needed to pick up. The traffic is so bad in Kuala Lumpur that this needs to be a 6-7 hour tour for you to see everything that is promised. 4 hours is not enough!!! Such a waste of money. Don’t book.
