• Batu Caves - Batu Caves is a limestone hill featuring a series of caves and cave temples, situated in the Gombak district, 13 kilometers (8 miles) north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The name is derived from the Sungai Batu or Batu River, which flows by the hill. The nearby village is also named Batu Caves. This site is one of the most renowned Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan, and serves as the central point for the Thaipusam festival in Malaysia. Known as the 10th Caves or Hill for Lord Muruga, it is among the ten most significant shrines in India and Malaysia. The Lord Murugan statue at the base of Batu Caves stands as the second tallest Hindu deity statue globally, with an impressive height of 42.7 meters (140 ft.). The limestone forming Batu Caves is estimated to be around 400 million years old.

This Taoist temple is set on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land in Genting Highlands. It was built in honor of Reverend Master Chin Swee, a Buddhist monk from the Fujian Province known for his ability to summon rain and dispel evil spirits. One of the temple’s most recognized landmarks is a nine-story Pagoda, adorned with images of Buddha and thousands of blessing lamps. Visitors can climb the steps to the top of the pagoda, where they are rewarded with panoramic mountain views. The temple grounds also feature gigantic statues of Buddha and Kuan Yin, along with intricate sculptures of animals and inscriptions of ancient Chinese traditions and beliefs. This temple is visible from the cable car en route to the summit.

The shopping mall is adjacent to the Awana Skyway Station, where you can enjoy a cable car ride to the top of Genting Highlands. There, you will find several resorts and attractions, including Skycasino, Arena Of Stars Theatre, Skyavenue Mall, and the 20th Century Fox World Malaysia Theme Park.

• First World Plaza - First World Plaza is a shopping mall at Genting Resort that connects to SkyAvenue at the peak of Genting. The complex houses several tourist attractions, including Skytropolis Funland, Snow World, and Senikome Peng Heng. For shopping, there are over 30 retail outlets, along with restaurants and cafes to explore. The mall is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
