- Batu Caves - Batu Caves is a limestone hill featuring a series of caves and cave temples, situated in the Gombak district, 13 kilometers (8 miles) north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It derives its name from the Sungai Batu or Batu River, which flows by the hill. The nearby village is also named Batu Caves. This site is one of the most renowned Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan, and serves as the focal point for the Thaipusam festival in Malaysia. Known as the 10th Caves or Hill for Lord Muruga, it is among the ten most significant shrines in India and Malaysia. The Lord Murugan statue at the base of Batu Caves is the second tallest Hindu deity statue globally, standing at an impressive 42.7 meters (140 ft.). The limestone forming Batu Caves is estimated to be around 400 million years old.
- Awana SkyWay, Genting Highlands, Pahang. - Experience the breathtaking view with a 10-minute gondola cable car ride across the Awana SkyWay. The Genting Skyway is one of two aerial lines serving Genting Highlands, with the Awana Skyway providing an alternative route. The monocable gondola lift was officially inaugurated by Malaysia’s fourth Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir, on 21 February 1997. Genting Skyway can transport over 2,000 people per hour, with each gondola accommodating 8 passengers. At a maximum speed of 6 meters per second (21.6 km/h), the 3.38-kilometer (2.10 mi) journey to the mountain peak takes approximately 15 minutes, weather permitting. The system was designed by Leitner Ropeways.
- Chin Swee Cave Temple - Enjoy a complimentary stop at the Chin Swee Station, where you can explore the stunning Chin Swee Caves Temple and its magnificent surroundings at no additional cost. This Taoist temple is set on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land in Genting Highlands. It was built in honor of Reverend Master Chin Swee, a Buddhist monk from the Fujian Province, renowned for his ability to summon rain and ward off evil spirits. One of the temple’s most recognized landmarks is a nine-story Pagoda, adorned with images of Buddha and thousands of blessing lamps. Visitors can climb the steps to the top of the pagoda, where they are greeted with panoramic views of the mountain. Within the temple grounds are gigantic statues of Buddha and Kuan Yin, as well as intricate sculptures of animals and inscriptions of ancient Chinese traditions and beliefs. Visitors can view this temple from the cable car on the way to the top.
