• Abbey Church House - At the Soul Spa, we run 30 and 60-minute sound baths daily. The name ‘sound bath’ can be a little misleading as you don’t get wet, you are simply ‘bathed’ in the wonderful sounds of the crystal bowls. Spend part of your day with us and you will feel restored in mind and body, and the wonderful thing is all you need to do is get comfortable and open your mind to absorb the words and sounds around you.

During your session you will lie on a recliner in our dedicated meditation space, the Quantum Field, and be taken through a guided relaxation. to release any anxieties so you can allow yourself to feel calmer, more self-assured and happier, and just when you think it can’t possibly get any better, you will be bathed in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls. Within the vibrations of the sounds, time will disappear, and you may encounter waves of peace, heightened awareness, emotional healing, insights into your inner world, creative thoughts…or maybe even just the most restful sleep you have ever experienced!

Sound baths are available for individuals or groups and can be enjoyed by everyone, with no need to get wet!

Situated in the heart of the Spa Quarter in historic, Georgian Bath, the Soul Spa offers a peaceful retreat from the world, providing a wonderful experience of deep calm and relaxation in one of the city’s oldest buildings. A sound bath can be complemented with a treatment from one of the wonderful therapists, and bookings for couples or groups can be tailored to individual needs.
