Best EVER tour of Bath! (Honestly) - My niece was visiting & keen to see the stunning Georgian architecture and learn about the history of the city. Bob did not disappoint, he's such a nice guy who is really knowledgeable (in a down-to earth way) & because he loves history and has such an engaging personality, he held us both spellbound as he recounted so many fun and interesting facts not only about the buildings and their construction & the origins of the city, but the real characters who were the founding fathers of many industries that were established first in Bath back in Georgian times (including the origins of the postal service - twice daily delivery too), it was not just about families like the Bridgerton's attending social events while their investments increased, although the families of those at that time were also explored. The tour continued for at least another half an hour after the two hours we had paid for because the whole group wanted it to continue. Bob's heart was genuinely engaged in wanting to provide the insight and information we and the others asked for and he completely delivered with bells on! Thanks so much Bob & apologies for taking so long to write this review.

Really enjoyable , entertaining and educational tour - Bob ,the guide, is a gem! He knows Bath inside out from his previous career as a local taximan and tour bus guide. He is still fascinated by the history and architecture and he gets this over in a witty and light style that had all our group entranced for the 2 hours. We didn’t even notice the rain!

Absolutely worth your time! - What Bob doesn't know about the history of Bath isn't worth knowing. To say it's encyclopedic would be an understatement. Easy humour and an obvious love of the city means you'll be getting a top tour to deepen your understanding of what Georgian Bath was all about. Highly recommend.
