Driver didn't turn up - I arrived in Batam and he was not there, so I ended up hiring a Grab car. I made a mistake with the arrival time but I have the correct departure time and name of the ferry, so it wouldn't be hard to check the arrival time. No phone call or message was sent to me. It was stressful to Iand in Indonesia for the first time and no-one met me.
