The private transfer begins with pickup from a chosen location in Basel, including hotels, private addresses, Basel SBB railway station, or other addresses within the selected pickup area.

Before pickup, the driver contacts the Operator by WhatsApp or phone to confirm the meeting details. At stations or other busy locations, the driver can meet the Operator with a name sign and assist with luggage.

The Operator travels comfortably in a private, air-conditioned vehicle directly toward Täsch, with complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi available. If needed, a short stop for coffee, refreshments, or personal needs can be made along the way.

As Zermatt is car-free, vehicles can only travel as far as Täsch. The Operator can be dropped off at a hotel or accommodation in Täsch, or at the Matterhorn Terminal / Täsch railway station. The driver assists with luggage and guides the Operator to the train for Zermatt. Trains operate frequently, approximately every 20 minutes, and the journey to Zermatt takes around 12–15 minutes.

As Zermatt is car-free, the transfer takes guests directly to Täsch, with drop-off available at a hotel or the Matterhorn Terminal. The driver assists with luggage and guides guests to the train connection into Zermatt.
