The tour sets off at 2:00 PM in a Toyota 4x4, embarking on a 50-minute off-road journey to the base of the dune. From this point, the adventure continues on foot, ascending a wooden staircase that leads to the entrance of Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. At the summit, participants will explore some of the region’s most captivating lagoons: the renowned Lagoa Bonita, Lagoa do Clone, Lagoa do Massarico, Lagoa do Descanso, along with other hidden treasures nestled among the dunes. Along the route, there will be opportunities for refreshing swims and numerous chances to capture stunning landscapes in photographs. The tour’s highlight occurs in the late afternoon, with an unforgettable sunset over the dunes — a breathtaking display of colors and beauty. The group returns to Barreirinhas around 7:00 PM, concluding a magical experience in the heart of Lençóis Maranhenses’ remarkable nature.
