Amazing diversity in foods - Totally met my expectations. Arturo was my guide and was excellent. Went to a Mercado that without a guide would have little to offer but Arturo will take you to little gems of food, drinks and fruits.

Fascinating and interesting tasty tour on the local market. - We discovered many interesting things concerning authentic peruvian food on the local market with our guide Arturo. Quiet exciting to taste „exotic“ fruits and vegetables.

Best food tour in Lima - The most amazing food tour I have been on! Arturo was an amazing guide. He was very kind and knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. The tour was very small and size and perfect to ask questions and experience Peruvian culture personally. We went to several places only locals were at and had hand picked recommendations we would have never found on our own. Overall 10/10 would recommend this and would even return to repeat this tour next time we’re in Lima.

best tour everrrr - Arturo gave us an amazing tour of Lima, starting at a market in Barranco and ending in down town. We were introduced to many of the amazing flavors of Peru and the culture and history behind them. Our tour with Arturo gave us more of a local experience which we were so appreciative of. 10/10 recommend booking with Lima Tasty Tours!!

Unforgettable weekend in Lima and about - Thank you Arturo and Lima by Tasty Tours for organizing such a wonderful weekend with so much variety of tours. Over the weekend we visited local food market and tasted at least 7-8 new fruit I never heard of before. We had a cooking class, visited ranch, flied over Nazca lines, did sandboarding and dunebuggy during sunset in Huacachina, and learned so much history of Peru. Special thank you to Arturo for being so kind and patient with us, and especially for extras like popping up a bottle of wine for my cousin’s birthday while we were admiring gorgeous sunset on Sand Dunes Ica. I can not express how highly I recommend this tour operator (and of course Arturo!) for anyone who is first time in Lima. Thank you again and hope to visit this beautiful land at least one more time!

FANTASTIC - I went 3 times in 2024, with friends, partner and son. I had a great time. You have to go to La Rosa Naùtica if or if. Huaca Pucllana not on tour, you can enter and do the tour with a guide for very little money, and at the end have lunch in the restaurant. In Barranco you have to go to Isolina, unforgettable experience.You have to go early, type 12 hrs to not line up. So is Tanta in Larcomar. You never finish knowing Lima, always surprising.

Great Experience - I recently booked Lima Tasty Tours’ “Lima Just for Foodies” experience for my family-in-law when they came to visit Peru, and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! The tour was a delightful journey through the best of Peruvian cuisine, with delicious stops that really showcased the country's incredible flavors and culinary traditions. Every dish was a treat, and our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about food. It was such a fun way to explore Lima through its amazing gastronomy—definitely a must-do for any foodie visiting the city! Highly recommend!

A Food Lover’s Dream in Lima! - If you're a foodie hitting the vibrant streets of Lima, "Just for Foodies" is an absolute must! Our guide was a treasure trove of knowledge, leading us on an exhilarating journey through a fantastic blend of street food, market discoveries, and gourmet delights. LIMA FOOD TOUR!!! - Arturo was my favorite guide I’ve ever had! Such a personable guy, he made sure I had no issues getting from the airport to my hotel. The next morning he picked me up and we had the most amazing day around Lima eating fantastic world class food, and seeing great historic sights around Peru’s capital. I would highly recommend Lima Tasty Tours to anyone visiting Lima, even if only for a short visit. Truly one of the best experiences I've had!
