Highly recommended! - A wonderful afternoon with very attentive and friendly teachers / chefs 🙃 I was made to feel very welcome and at home, even though I was visiting Bari by myself. Would highly recommend it… and especially the primitivo!

Delicious pasta and fun class! - We had an excellent time learning to make tiramisu and pasta on this class! We went in November so ended up being just the two of us with our chef and translator. Both were so friendly and helpful and the class was a real joy to participate in! We would highly recommend this class for couple's, friends, family, or solo traveling. Fun, plenty of food (come hungry!), and a great experience!

Vincent and Paolo were... - Vincent and Paolo were amazing hosts, very polite and lighthearted, but also very knowledgeable and professional. The food was excellent and the emphasis on process to help you better your technique was evident! Lots of wine and plenty of food! A delightful evening!

Pleasant moment to share - Good experience with several people from different backgrounds. We felt that the course was well oiled and that they often do this kind of course. Nevertheless the chef was good advice with his son who translated with a smile.

Expensive and disgusting - The cooking workshop was absolutely terrible. Vincent explained everything in a very unpleasant way and was downright rude, especially towards women. We were barely allowed to cook ourselves, and the workshop ended 45 minutes earlier than stated in the description. The quality of the food was poor, for example, the pasta was far too thick. The workshop is way too expensive for what you get! The worst cooking workshop I’ve ever attended.

Worst and ugliest experience ever! - There was no Cozy Welcome, No Welcoming. Just knead a pasta dough. Knead dough for a long time to activate the gluten. We had 5 minutes of dough. The pasta dough also kept breaking when running through the machine. Some were allowed to hold the mixer for a moment before beating the egg for the Tiramisu. We didn't cook ourselves. We haven't even been in the kitchen. Unkind leaders. If something didn't work out, you were immediately addressed about how you didn't do well. But there was hardly any explanation. The food was dirty because it was not prepared properly. Half raw pasta, raw stuffing, tasteless. Workshop would take 3 hours but after 2.5 hours we had to leave. Never experienced anything so bad and ugly. Really horrible! A good revenue model for the restaurant, they organize a workshop 3x a day. We paid €279 for it for 4 people. Far too much money for something that isn't being delivered. Really don't do the workshop!
