The driver will arrive at the client’s requested time. The driver will wait for 15 minutes at the hotel for pickup.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver will either call or send a message.
If the client does not arrive within 15 minutes, the driver will depart.
If the client is delayed but contacts the company, the driver will wait at the hotel….

The cost for extra waiting time is €6 for every 15 minutes.
