You have to meet the tour... - You have to meet the tour guide on avenue Gaudi, outside a shop / restaurant, which we weren't aware of

Enjoyed the stories explaining statues and structures - Tour was very informative. Tour guide was very knowledgeable on details of the church. I would recommend because you miss the stories behind the details of the statues if you looked without the tour.

Finding the meeting point... - Finding the meeting point was a little tricky, just put the address not the business name in. Plenty of history and time to look around. Cuts down on wait time

Basilica worth the visit! - Violetta was great. She spoke English clearly and was friendly and down to earth. Our taxi was a few minutes late in arriving to the meeting spot but we very much appreciated that she waited for us. The basilica was beautiful and was worth the visit. Was nice not having to wait in line too!

A must see and do experience - Absolutely worth the visit. In my opinion a guide is essential to learn about the story and history of this amazing church. It was very crowded and skip the line was the way to go. The exterior of the church is beautiful, but the inside is even better. Wow! It’s a must see We did have access to the tower. It was a very cool experience. The views are beautiful and it was nice to be able to see some of the mosaics closer up. It should be noted that to get down from the tower. you have to walk there is no elevator: The last part is quite long with a spiral staircase that has a handrail only on one side. It was definitely a nerve-racking experience for most.

Scam! Do not buy! - This is the worst experience ever. So stressful with 2 seniors over 75 with us. We came to the meeting spot Kurz&Gut Gaudi, 5, Av. de Gaudí, Barcelona as outlined in the reservation email 15 minutes prior to our tour time of 3:05. After 10 minutes of not seeing anyone we tried calling the phone number for the tour guide on the reservation and no one was answering. We walked over to the Sagrada de Familia and did security guard had us go inside and speak the staff who stayed this has been a common scam and we should have only purchased tickets through the Sagrada Familia official site. We were advised to call Viator and we spoke to two different staff who were not able to help us. We spend 45 minutes at the location trying to get a hold of the tour guide only to leave with mush disappointment. We witnessed several other folks encountering similar issues. Do NOT buy tickets for Sagrada Familia from Viator. In the meantime, I have filed a complaint with my bank against them.
