Very positive. - Our tour guide Mel, provident us with a great overview about the creation of Park Güell. Mel described each highlight in an informative and engaging manner. Her good sense of humour made everyone comfortable and she had a strong awareness if anyone wandered off; she managed her group with skilled precision.

A wonderful experience! - Albert was a knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide! Crown tours was a great way to experience Park Guell! Apparently, TripAdvisor says my review has to be at least 100 characters, but I really don’t need that much.

Park Guell in November - Excellent tour at the perfect time of year. Park Guell is simply spectacular. Another Gaudi treasure! Mel was our tour guide and we enjoyed her presentation thoroughly. Don’t hesitate to book!

Treat with care! - This tour sucked all the joy out of the visit for me. The focus on numbers and patterns - sometimes so contrived it was ridiculous - took away all the joy and whimsy of this crazy gorgeous folly. The group was way too big making it hard to see and understand what was going on. We often blocked pathways causing congestion and confusion - and making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Such a shame. The only good part was skipping the line - maybe sign up for the tour to get in but then abandon ship ASAP... Google would give you a more enjoyable and memorable experience.

Rubbish. Avoid - Avoid as a hell. They change booking hours. They didn't provide any support and solution when the whole city centre was closed and we were 5 minutes late. They just took money and pissed us off. Avoid.

Rushed and irresponsible - We had arranged a tour in English and unfortunately our guide had limited English-speaking skills. In addition, she spoke very quickly and hurried through the entire tour frequently leaving people behind. I spent much of the tour. Worried about an older couple there to make sure they didn't get lost.
