A 5-star review - An unforgettable and mind-bending experience! The Museum of Illusions in Barcelona exceeded all my expectations. Every room is creatively designed and full of clever visual tricks that make you question what’s real. It’s interactive, fun, and perfect for taking amazing photos. The staff were friendly and happy to help capture the best shots. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or even solo, this place guarantees lots of laughter and surprises. A must-visit attraction in Barcelona!

Good museum for children and adults alike - Excellent visit - 6 year old loves the illusions and interactive nature of the museum. Zero gravity room good fun. Didn’t feel too busy and plenty of time to interact with each exhibit

Watch out for ticket information - Careful when asking for information about tickets. It was a tease. I try to take the tickets via web and, in the schedule that we were doing well, the free tickets of the Super3 Club did not come out. I ask for private conversation on Instagram (I uploaded the conversation) and they tell me that it is no problem. They can be taken directly at the ticket office at any time but there is a limit per web. I ask him again because the truth is that I find it strange and that we are going to move expressly and I do not want to be surprised. And they repeat that there is no problem and that there is also a promotion of 2 free pancakes per person. When I get there, they start to make trouble for me, I get them out on the web, they don't know who runs social networks, if it doesn't go on the web it's because there are no tickets... In the end, for not leaving (since I was with my young son), and after attending 3 people who each told me a different thing, I had to pay the ticket at box office price (more expensive than on the web) and, the boy who attended me in the end, "to do me a favor", has put me the ticket of the super3 club in another time to be able to pass. Ah! And obviously, no pancakes because it was promotion tickets. In conclusion, they teased me on Instagram because they knew I was going expressly and would pay yes or yes.

Expectations not met - For children. A lot of broken things. You can save it for what it's worth Very misleading by instagram Some of the parts where you put the body or head smell pretty bad Some rooms smelling closed and sweaty

Uncompromising, cruel and unfair staff - The museum refused entry because it was late due to torrential rain for a 7-year-old who was soaking wet Cruel and unjust Tickets purchased have been lost

Lots of people - Lots of people, lots of queue in gravity zone and lots of heat. You can't take pictures because of the crowd. It is not worth the value for money, too expensive for the service they offer.
