Excellent - It is exciting to see with my eyes something so beautiful and to feel playing the organ with any kind of music I never thought you could hear a bagpipe playing in an organ like the one in Palau de la Musica and the very nice architecture smelling it visit without any doubt.

Wonderful introduction - Great introduction to a lesser known music venue. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had great humor. For the intro video, it is a little easier if you get there early enough to sit further down, so it is easier to read the English subtitles during that first 10 minutes. After this introduction, now we would love to see a performance!

Impressive room - We took the guided tour. The truth is that they have to put up a video and lengthen a bit because there is not too much to teach or tell. But the concert hall is amazing and worth it. Also of course the entrance. The exterior facade is also worth it. We ate at the restaurant itself which has an ideal location.

Spectacular Colorful Visit - My only regret is that I also did not book a ticket to see a performance when in Barcelona! The Palau de la Musica is spectacular. The detail, color, structure -- all fantastic. We had planned ahead and booked a guided tour (in English). I strongly suggest planning ahead and doing so. The guide was so helpful in pointing out things that I would have missed otherwise. Following the tour, they allow you to stay for as long as you like (provided there is not a performance) and walk around and take photos. Well worth the time -- but do look to see what performances there are when you are in Barcelona and also go to a performance. There are over 300 performances a year!

A Jewel of Music and Art - The Palace of Catalan Music is breathtaking—an explosion of color, light, and intricate design. Even before the music begins, the building itself feels like a masterpiece worth applauding.

Recommend the guided tour - Thoughtfully recommend the guided tour. Our guide Mercedes was great, very informative and massively enjoyable. The building itself is beautiful but extended with care so that it is still in full use today. We also attended a concert, which we all enjoyed. The building is definitely designed for live music. Watch out for the seat numbering which confused many people as there are odd numbers on one side and even on the other at least in the top section.
