you NEED to do this when you go to Barcelona! - My mom and I had the most amazing experience in this paella cooking class! We first went to the market, and Matteo showed us how to pick the best ingredients where our seafood paella, then we head back to the kitchen and prepared the paella with Maria. We also were able to eat some tapas and almond cake, as well as made our own sangria. Throughout this experience, Mateo walked us through the history of the culinary experience and we learned so much! They also gave us the recipes after so that we can try to re-create the dish at home. It was definitely a must when visiting Spain!

Fantastic experience in every possible way - Fantastic experience in every possible way. The chef was funny, helpful and ensured we had the best time. He walked us through making Paella....with preparing the squid being the highlight. The food turned out perfectly, the best Paella I've ever had, and the San Gria we made was fantastic. I've recommended this experience to my friends back home, and we'd do it again.
