The guide will be waiting on the "Estación de Francia" with a sign of Amigo Tours. You can arrive on the subway line L4 to the "Barceloneta" station, once there, take the exit to "Plaça Pau Vila". You can arrive also on bus line 47. The meeting point is at the main entrance of the station.

An excellent tour - Excellent guide Clara and driver Albert, very good job. I would only ask the company to increase the time spent on the mountain to take advantage of the museum and the phonicular. Otherwise I feel very satisfied with this tour and definitely recommend it!

Highly recommended - The experience was spectacular! Blanca provided us with important information, was very attentive and professional. An excellent guide, we also thank Lorenzo the bus driver because he made our trip a nice experience.

Best guide ever Laura - The guide named Laura was the best guide i ever had. She has so sweet and patient. She made everyone feel good and she just bring good vibes to this tour. She knows a lot of informations about this tour. She is very professional and she made sure everything went smooth.

The area was beautiful as... - The area was beautiful as was the monetary. We had a great tour with a wonderful guide who gave very heartfelt explanations and was also very funny and easy to get along with. The trip ran on time and had an easy meet up place.

Great but short - Great experience & good value. The only prolbem was the allowed time to see everything there is out there. Had to make choices between more visits or hikes.
Driver Albert & guide Blanca were amazing. Had all the proper preparation while transiting so we could make the most of our time there.
The only star missing to be a 5 would be the (at least) hour missing to see more stuff.

Great but can be Awesome - The tour guide was great, she made us feel included during the entire trip, made all the needed accommodations for the large group. The only bad thing was the duration od the trip it would ve better if the tour lasted a couple of hours more.

Bad experience in Monserrat - It was a very monotonous tour. The tour guide, Enrique, left us alone in the water with the driver while he continued with those who paid the most. But at least he joined us and suggested a meeting place already being all upstairs and explained something about the history of Monserrat but that did not happen. The guagua driver left us in the parking lot until 11:45 am when we met and returned to Barcelona. I don't recommend them.

No help from the help line. - The meeting point instructions by train weren’t the best. We arrived at the designated train station but could not find the guide. We called the number provided for questions 3 separate times to ask for assistance, but no one could direct us to the correct spot. When we found it on our own the bus had just pulled off. We asked if we could get a partial refund or speak with a manager to share our experience, but was told no to both by the representative. We understand that the bus had to stay on schedule, but the lack of support and customer service from the help line was unacceptable. We won’t be using the company again.
