Chef inspired cooking class experience. - This was the best excursion one could go on. My wife and I own a food brokerage company and work in the grocery business. We were on a Princess cruise and our chef at the event was the head chef on Princess for 18 years. Chef was amazing and new most of our new friends that we met on the cruise who worked in the food business including Chef Paul, the head Chef. Also, we went to the fresh market and bought all of our fresh ingredients. Very cool experience and we would recommend everyone do this experience.

Wow! Great experience - My mom, son and I went to this cooking class. Young lady walked us through the market, they pick the seafood. It was a great experience. The tour lady and chef spoke great English. The chef was kid friendly and very knowledgeable. Def recommend

Lovely, chilled out experience! - So lovely, very chilled out experience and spoke to some lovely new people - the lady (Maia) who took us around the market was so friendly and talkative, and knew lots about the good bits to get at the market! Alexjandro, the chef, was also super friendly and made everyone feel at ease - and taught us so great new cooking tips for paella!
P.S. if you don’t drink, they also offer complimentary soft drinks too 😊

Food,drink and soaking in the Spanish culture - A great cooking experience, very relaxed and plenty of drinks both alcoholic and soft drinks. There was some lovely tapas to have whilst we were waiting for alejandro to set up. Everyone got involved with the cooking and it really was the best seafood paella i have ever had!

Great family experience - Liberto and Luca were fabulous hosts! Liberto took us to the market which is a stop not to be missed off Las Ramblas. Luca was captivating as our chef, and gave so many cooking tips in easy to understand English that I plan to write down as many as I can remember! Food was amazing and it was such a fun family experience. We brought our 2 teen daughters and it was great for them as well. Can not recommend highly enough!

Chef Andrea is an... - Chef Andrea is an excellent guide and teacher. We picked up a lot of useful skills from him (how to cook paella, how to clean mussels, how to differentiate bell peppers for cooking versus for eating raw, how to de-vein prawn, tips and tricks with the ingredients and cooking wares, cooking techniques and so much more). He also welcomed and answered all our questions. He was also very entertaining and a fun teacher! The paella was super delicious! Definitely recommend this activity!

10/10 excellent paella! - Alejandro was a great guide - got a little tour of La Boqueria Market and then right to simple prep and cook! Paella tasted amazing - probably one of the best I’ve ever had! And we got to leave with the recipe! A must do!
