Sara tour guide - Sara was such a delight to have as our tour guide. She’s extremely knowledgeable on her football as well as funny, kind and very attentive. Made the experience that little bit better by meeting her.

Real Madrid stadium - It was good, our guide was proficient in both English and Spanish. He was very nice. Try to go when nothing is going on at the stadium…we had a concert there the next day so there were restrictions as far as places we couldn’t visit because of the event prep.

Only for culés, aficionados, football madmen - The visit took place with and above all for my 8-year-old football-mad son. For the proud price, I would have liked an adequate infrastructure - for example toilets in the museum building. The stadium cannot be visited from the inside due to construction work. The, which was titled "Mirador" (viewing platform), is a pane of glass on the second floor (!) of the adjacent building, which primarily serves to guide visitors through the gigantic fan shop of CF Barcelona, where hundreds of items, gilded by the club's coat of arms, are offered at fierce prices. The souvenir photo at the entrance of the museum, taken in front of green wall, costs between 30 and 65 euros. Contrary to the price display obligation, you only find out when you queue for a quarter of an hour in the corresponding line. The entire periphery of gastronomy exudes the Mood of Uwes sausage stall, with prices as on Sylt. For me personally to forget. But what don't you do for your offspring...

Disappointing experience - The stadium is closed for work and we only take an immersive tour. 20 minutes tour without any visibility on the stadium. 28 euros is simply theft. Absolutely avoid

Gruseltour - So first of all, I think it's an absolute cheek that you don't get a single look into the stadium during the entire tour, even though games are already being played there (even if with a lower capacity). That was the main reason we did this tour. The museum is also rather disappointing. In the beginning, a photo of one is necessarily taken, which you can then buy printed out at the end for 30€!!!! In the beginning there are a few rooms with jerseys and then actually mostly only rooms where all the cups are displayed. At the end of the tour comes a room with a 360 degree screen, but where actually only any videos without any sense of context are played. The “Construction Viewpoint” consists of a bench in front of a plexiglass pane overlooking the construction site. All in all, then, very unsatisfactory.

unfortunately we missed... - unfortunately we missed the entrance and had to go around, which made us about 5 minutes late. The tour guide had already left? and wouldn't answer when we tried contacting them. Then after contacting Viator directly, we learned that we wouldn't get a refund :( - very disappointed

Terrible value for money - Museum is decent but you can’t see the stadium at all due to construction. The price is a rip off for what you get. Would strongly suggest you don’t bother

Appalling rip off. - Charged €36 to look around a so called museum that is labelled an immersive experience. Absolute joke. Stadium is a building site so all you get access to is their over priced shop, cafe and the museum. The wander around for 30 minutes touching the odd screen and looking at trophies isn’t that immersive. The average 360 screen experience is mostly a vague light show then you get the players passing a white light ball around. Everyone just stood there bemused by it all. Shouldn’t be this expensive until the stadium opens and the ticket includes having a look around that.

Very bad - Bad. Too expensive to see little and nothing , museum that is not worth the price you pay, they charged me for the Tour of the stadium when it was closed for renovation , at 17 50 they prevented me from doing the activities of the shots on goal included in the ticket paid for fior di soldi when the whole thing would be closed at 18:00 , immersive tour with a giant screen how ridiculous, I have to say a nice FRAUD
