Our most sought-after service is this combination of a market tour and cooking class, spanning roughly four hours. The journey commences with a walk with our professional chefs to the globally renowned La Boqueria market in close proximity. You’ll be guided through an ‘exclusive access’ tour where you’ll interact with the established vendors, many are generation-old stall owners. Knowledge of regional produce and your involvement in ingredient selection for the later cooking class are the highlights of this tour. Post-market visit, we head back to our kitchen to start preparing a four-course meal. Our classes cater to all proficiency levels and are conducted by professional bilingual chefs. Your involvement in the making of diverse dishes under the careful supervision of our chef trainers ensures an engaging, communal, hands-on experience. Unlimited access to wines is part of the package. We are flexible in reshaping our menus to suit any dietary restrictions, including vegan options.
