Top - How nice it is to get out of town to visit the costa brava, the medieval village in a small bus between us. Away from the tourist clusters we spent a wonderful day with Guillaume which was a mine of explanations and culture. The Dali Museum is amazing. This day was a small one in our stay.

Catalan countryside tour - Great trip out of the city to see a few highlights of the Catalan countryside with a small group of 5 people. Went to a beachfront resort with time for a morning coffee and a brief walk on the beach. Then on to a tour of a medieval village and a few quaint shops with NO pressure to purchase anything. Finally a visit to the interesting Dali Museum in Figueres with time for lunch on your own. Slightly over an hour is enough time to see the entire museum. Scenic ride up the coast on the way. Informative and personable guide. Highly recommended.

Spent an amazing day... - Spent an amazing day seeing the Costa Brava with William. He was so accommodating to everyone’s needs, and made the day truly special with his knowledge and stories about the towns we visited. Can’t recommend this experience enough. Getting away from the city to explore the beautiful coastal towns with a local made for the highlight of our visit to Barcelona. And if you’re a fan of Dali (or not), seeing the Teatro Museo Dali is an opportunity not to be missed. I only wish there was a longer tour with more time to spend at each stop!

A Memorable journey - Our guide, William was knowledgeable about Spain in general and especially knowledgeable about the Costa Brava area and the life and works of Salvador Dali. The natural beauty of the Costa Brava area blew me away. We have beaches in the US, but the view from the cliffs, the aquamarine color of the water and the gorgeous seaside homes made for an unforgettable view that can't be duplicated The Salvador Dali Museum is a must for any admirer of his work. The exhibits range from small paintings to room-sized works. I would say fascinating to study the work of the eccentric genius. We also had time to the visit the medieval village of Peratallada and make stops for photo ops roadside We enjoyed the local food and the company and recommendations of our guide. Moderate exercise, not strenuous.
