The picture of the jeep... - The picture of the jeep is accurate. You go to 2 wineries both owned by same family. The first winery we tasted Sauv Blanc, Syrah/Cab Sauv blend and Cab Sauv so wines we were not expecting in Spain. The 2nd winery was all Cava. The 2nd winery’s cellar is incredible- no pics because pics aren’t allowed but I was truly impressed as I have been to many many wineries in Napa/Sonoma, Italy, etc
It is an hour ride outside of Barcelona. There is no tour guide on the bus nor does the driver talk during the drive.
Highly recommend for one of the most unique wineries you will ever experience

Enjoyable and informational - We thoroughly enjoyed this wine and cava tasting and would even come back to do it again with the rest of our family. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this tour if you are interested in learning more about Cava because they do a phenomenal job educating you about the process. While there is a fair amount of standing, it is perfectly reasonable. The other reviews do a poor job of encapsulating the care and craft that is evident throughout the tour. If you want to appreciate the history and learn, this tour is for you. If you want to get drunk and sit around, this isn't for you. It was very well done and the wine was spectacular.

Penedes Wine tour - 45 min ride to first winery/estate. Great ride around the property with opportunities tow take pictures, lots of information and walking around the grounds. The wine tasting and pairing was superb. Rosie was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Then short ride to Cava wine tasting where have a short time to rest, meet the owner, walking tour through the cellars and production room, then Cava tasting with pairing.

It was such a fun... - It was such a fun experience. We got to go in to the cava caves and learn all the steps of the process. We then switched to a vineyard that was making small batches of still wine. All the wine was delicious and guides were very knowledgeable

Great tour - well worth it - This was definitely worth it and they were very prompt (6 hour total trip). We got to see the vineyards, learn their stories and sample some really nice wines. We got to meet the owner which was a nice surprise and overall, very happy with the tour. Highly recommend.

What a lovely tour! This... - What a lovely tour! This winery looks like it was plucked straight out of a fairytale — rolling vineyards, charming architecture, and those cava caves that feel like a secret world beneath the surface. I’ll never forget walking through the tunnels surrounded by thousands of bottles quietly doing their magic.
Our guides were fantastic — friendly, funny, and full of great stories about the winemaking process (plus, they poured a generous glass or two, which we appreciated!). They were also incredibly kind and accommodating to my mom, who has some mobility challenges, making sure she could fully enjoy every part of the experience.
If you’re anywhere near Barcelona and love wine, history, or just a beautiful place to sip and smile, this tour is a must!

Wine and Cava on the Via Agosto - It was fantastic. Really enjoyed learning about the history of the property. The wines were enjoyable, the guide was knowledgeable and the charcuterie was delicious. The cava caves were so interesting and beautiful. Tasted several different cavas and it was a very enjoyable day.

Don’t miss this tour!!! - Do not miss this tour!! We had a fabulous time! You board a mini van at a convenient meeting spot, and enjoy a wonderful drive to the country. The tour of the winery is very well organized, with a guide who is extremely personable and knowledgeable. The jeep rides into the vineyards are really interesting, and the guide provided wonderful history, and insight about the area. The wine tasting room is beautiful, with a very enjoyable wine tasting experience. Then round two is the tour of the fantastic cava winery. You step into another world visiting the caves where the cavas are aged. The wine and cava tastings on this tour are first class, accompanied by wonderful pairings. You will be so glad you took this tour!!!
