Hop on Hop off Bus - Great way to see the most of the city and the large highlights. Very accessible way to catch the bus. Multiple bus stops with transfers. Able to travel with 2 mobility scooters.

Great way to travel All Day! - This is a great experience to enjoy with friends and family. Amazing way to view the city. The 24-hr to 48-hr ticket allows for you to hop on and hop off all day until 7pm. You also have the opportunity to switch routes. Definitely enjoyed myself and my family did as well.

Quick and Hurry trip - Good one. But a bit of hurry at each and every spot we have visited. Ex : At Park guell,we were just given 1 hr and it's not at all sufficient . Over all it's a better one to cover a a wholesome.

Forget the hop on hop off bus - use the metro - A pointless tour with only two standout landmarks. Save time and money and use the metro! The bus stopped frequently at stops for no other reason than for the driver to have a smoke. The tour was not very informative, visiting random neighbourhoods and you have to walk a great deal for Park Gruell or Saga Familia (or wait until stop 15). Save your money, use the well connected, clean and cheap metro. Would not recommend and have buyers remorse. It's definitely not worth the money! Also why do they not allow you to use your QR code but insist on a paper ticket once scanned? Feels like a money making exercise as they hope you lose the paper ticket - get with the times! Promote digital, update your route and commentary and adjust your prices... you are way too expensive!!

Not Very Informative - I’ve done hop on/hop off tours in other cities, this was my least favorite. More than 2:00 hours to do the full loop (on red line).. Seemed to take through some very bland, uninteresting neighborhoods. Narration was minimal - didn’t really learn anything about Barcelona. I would recommend this trip for transportation only, not as a tour guide, (although much cheaper to get around on tram/metro/busses with a one day pass).

Poor service - If you misplace your paper they force you to buy another pass even if you have your electronic ticket! Catch tourists!!

Too much stopping and not enough buses. - This tour was mostly unpleasant: - not enough buses, which meant that the top deck was constantly full, with people being forced to sit at the back of the bottom deck, on top of the stiflingly hot engine. For every one of these buses, we saw three of another tour guide’s buses. - on the orange route, seven ear sockets didn’t work. I tried every one at the back of the bottom deck. I finally found one that worked when I switched seats when other passengers left. I had missed a chunk of the journey by this point. - far too often, the bus pauses at stops for about 10-15 minutes, even though nobody is getting on or off. Doing so in the summer heat makes it unbearable for those on the bus. Added to the unavoidable traffic lights, it felt like we were stationary more than moving a lot of the time. - several times, the audio didn’t match the journey, and particularly around Camp Nou, portions of the audio were played twice. There is far too much lift style music and reliance of Woody Allen anecdotes… surely there is something more cultural and interesting to talk about. - the second green bus we got on, which said that final entry was around 8:40pm, turfed us off, rudely so, around 7:15pm. The guide was stroppy when us, and others, tried to ascertain if the service was stopping, or if just that bus was stopping. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

Don’t waste your money - a total disgrace. - Don’t waste your money on this tour. We boarded the Red Line bus from the WTC (stop 1) and over half of the onboard plug-in units (to plug your headsets into) were either hanging off the wall or had stickers in them saying “Not Operable”. We did the entire 2.5 hrs tour without any idea as to the history, route, or any relevant information about Barcelona. These buses should not be in operation if you don’t get anything that you paid for. Viator also needs to ensure its service providers are up to scratch. A total waste of over $350. I’d never use this service again.

Barcelona in the dark (not at night; audio tour wrong/not working! - Booked a 24h tour when I wanted a 48h ticket. Instantly realised my error and tried to change it… I couldn’t so booked the right ticket and asked to cancel my original. Just to be told it’s against policy. To add insult to that injury, the audio guide was (when it worked) wrong (look left to see… look left when it was actually on the right!) The final straw… When I asked the staff for guidance they were abrupt and rude. I don’t normally complain about stuff nor do I post things like this, but the service received was so poor I feel compelled to warn all other perspective customers. There are other tour companies; my recommendation is use them!

RUDE STAFF - Lousy attitude of the staff who sell tickets in Plaza Catalunya , especially a brown man already of age, the man was upset by me asking if it was the Orange line, I think they should have more friendly staff since they deal with tourism where people will have a pleasant time and not be scolded
