Barcelona hotel to airport - Due to the airline strike, Viator was able to help us contacted the transfer company. The transfer able to hold our transfer until we find out the new flight time for all 10 people. Really appreciate all the help.

Beyond Timely and Truly Reliable - I did not expect to have such an excellent experience! From the very start, I was impressed by how beyond timely the driver was. The same driver picked us up at the Barcelona port and a few days later took us to the airport, making the whole process seamless. Each time, he reached out an hour in advance to check if we were ready, and thankfully, he patiently waited for us on both occasions. Truly outstanding service!

Take a taxi instead - The night before departure I received a message saying we could only have 4 pieces of luggaage. We had more. This was very poor communication & a lot of back & forth by email at the last minute. Finally fixed & driver on time.

Over priced and under whelming support from ViaTour - I booked this ride to the airport with a time needed to be at destination option as I didn't know how long the ride was to the airport or how much extra time the company needed/wanted. Unfortunately, between Viatour and the provider, the start time got put at the time I needed to be at the airport. I did the option to use a destination time before in Athens and the provider contacted me days ahead with the pickup time to be at the destination on time. That worked great. But not in Barcelona. Never got an actual departure time and the time at destination showed up from viatour as the departure time. I tried contacting the provider through viatour, but heard nothing. Contacted viatour through their online chat. First they couldn't get ahold of the provider, and then when I contacted them again, the agent told me I had ordered the pickup time rather than the destination time. At least he finally provided a number for the provider and I was able to call and get ahold of them. This was late the evening before departure. We were able to work out a good departure time, no thanks to the viatour agent. The driver showed up at the newly arranged time in the morning. It was a standard taxi. He ran the meter, but didn't charge me as I had already pre-paid. The meter rate was 24.60 Euros. I had been charged $66.80, almost two and a half times the meter price. Once we were working with the provider he was friendly and helpful. Viatour was the obsticle and provided significant negative value in this case.

Just a taxi like the owner will once you arrive - You have to hound the coordinator, it took me over 30 minutes to him at the airport and once I found the man at the airport he threw me into a regular cab that would of been 25 euros . Sir like why did just pay you 65 ?????
