Once a booking is made, a reconfirmation email is sent prior to departure. Flights are monitored from takeoff to landing. Pick-up times are arranged according to the flight’s arrival time at the airport. The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying the passenger’s name. Passengers are then escorted to the designated pick-up area, where the driver retrieves the vehicle and transports them to their destination.

• To ensure smooth coordination, your pickup time should match your flight’s arrival time.
• Please provide the number of luggage items each traveler will be bringing at the time of booking to ensure appropriate transportation arrangements.
• Two pieces of luggage per traveller is covered in the booking price. Undeclared excess of this may be subject to additional charges at our discretion on arrival.
• Please contact us if you encounter any delays when making your way between exiting the plane and meeting your driver.
• We meet our clients in the airport’s arrival hall with a sign with the lead traveller’s name.
• We provide a complimentary 60-minute wait time. If this period is exceeded without prior communication, the reservation will be marked as a no-show, and payments will be non-refundable.
• Our complimentary 60-minute wait time covers the arrival of the specific flight provided in your booking. If you are meeting passengers from other flights, we recommend scheduling transfers to coincide with the latest arriving flight. Wait times exceeding the complimentary period will incur extra charges.
