See the sunset on a ship in Bar Harbor - We were on the final sunset sail for the season. It was quiet chilly but the crew and the musician who played for the tour were great. Very interactive. The scenery on the cruise was beautiful. I very much recommend this cruise,

The Margaret Todd a trip to take! - The sunset cruise on the Margaret Todd was beautiful. There was live music and drinks available for purchase. We attended the last sail of October so it was quite chilly on the water. Definitely recommend wearing layers, gloves, and ear coverings. Bring a small blanket if you don't want to wear layers. The crew was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a memorable vacation

Perfect Boat Tour in Acadia! - My Son and did the last Sunset-Tour of the Season yesterday, and I have to say it was the most beautiful experience. Very nice people on board, the live music was perfect and the Musician just picked the most amazing songs to go along with the trip. It took about 1.5 hours and no matter where you sat on board, we had beautiful views of the shore and the sunset. Everybody should do this tour!

Wild and windy way to see Bar Harbor from afar - I’m a captain’s daughter, so a blustery few hours on a very cool sailing ship seemed awesome. I got a little worried when our cruise ship changed the all-aboard/last tender time, and I thought I had to cancel even though it was about a 5-minute walk away. I left a message and emailed, and someone got back to me right away, assuring me that quite a few cruise ship passengers were on the afternoon tour, and they’d make sure we got back in time (we wound up waiting in line for the tenders well past the deadline). I appreciated that they allowed food on board, so we were able to have a wonderful picnic. My husband eventually went to grab a couple of beers from the bar. I do think they’d probably sell quite a few more beverages if they just had a crew member walk around for one round. A lot of folks seemed scared to move around. I got admonished by the captain for leaning on the guard wires (which are just begging to be leaned on), so I too was kind of afraid to move around. It was perfectly fine, though, to sit and shiver and enjoy the views.

Very crowded,... - Very crowded, uncomfortable seating, poor sound system, could barely hear the captain so missed most of what he said. —not worth the money

Not worth the price tag. - The boat had way too many people on it. We were jam packed like sardines. For the cost of the ticket, it was unacceptable to put that many people on one boat. We suspect they combined two trips because they canceled the later one due to weather. In hindsight, For $100 more, we could’ve gone on a private charter and had a peaceful, unique experience. This was a waste of our time and money. On a positive note: the crew was nice.
