Wonderful action packed day - We had a wonderful action packed day with Pablo. His English was very good, and he was very knowledgeable about everything. Be prepared for what could be, some strenuous walking to the falls the treehouse

Perfect day out. - Unbelievable value for money. It’s a whole day out packed with great activities and unique experiences. Pablo was a great guide (you could tell his knowledge extended beyond just being a tourist guide) and Jaime is an excellent driver around difficult roads. Lunch was included (+3 dollars for fresh fish which was delicious). Available in both English and Spanish. Zero complaints at all, a really wonderful experience.

A day at the gates of the Amazon - Full day for a first discovery of this region. Several beautiful views and an end in apotheosis with the Indichuris viewpoint. Visit to a local indigenous community and a chocolate making demonstration. Whatever your time available or your budget, Mishell will advise you to discover its country

100% worth it! - Long day but awesome. Very neat expierences at each stop. Just be sure to bring a swimsuit for the waterfall. I didn't see that listed anywhere on here but they do let you spend some time there and swim if you have a change of clothes. Hike can be a bit difficult for people that have mobility issues.

One highlight after another, especially the waterfall swimming - Amazing trip full of amazing experiences. I was worried that some things such as the visit to the commune wouldn’t interest me but I was very wrong. This is a definitive highlight of my trip to Ecuador and a great time! Swimming under the waterfall was my favorite part, definitely bring a swimsuit :)

Day trip to Puyo with many special experiences - It was a great tour with lots of impressions and great taste what to expect in the rainforest. Our guide Pablo was very nice, dedicated and explained a lot to us. Every item on the programme was a highlight.

Zero stars - Based on the 5 star reviews, my boyfriend and I were so excited for this tour… Since the tour guide did not reach out the night before, I messaged sent a message just to confirm time (0900) and meet up location. They were prompt, clear in their responses, which was greatly appreciated. We got to the location at 0850, where we checked in and signed our waivers. 0900 there was still no driver, so we asked the gentleman if we had time to get breakfast. He said that the driver would be there in 5 minutes… add another 40 minutes to that and the driver EVENTUALLY shows up. I asked a reason for the delay and he said that he had to pick up other guests. There were no other guests on the bus when we got on. The sites we visited were super touristy locations, that were jam packed. Mainly places for photo opportunities with displays. The one thing I did truly enjoy was the hike to the waterfall. The waterfall itself was beautiful, but again it was packed and we were only allowed 25 minutes there. Our guide was inattentive and truly didn’t care about our experience. The only time he interacted with us and showed us a medicinal plant used for sinuses, etc.He was lost in his cellphone or chatting with his other tour friends the majority of the time. While walking to and from the water fall he straight up powered forward and left the group behind. What if someone got injured or sick? I took some pictures and videos of the group walking through the woods alone. I wish we would’ve chosen another tour or just made our own itinerary. Definitely the worst tour I’ve been apart of.
