A driver will pick up passengers from hotels in Bangkok city or Don Muang Airport, holding a sign with the guest’s name and waiting in the hotel lobby. The driver will then transport guests to the border, where they will handle their own customs clearance to exit Thailand, which takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Our team will then escort guests to the Cambodian immigration, which takes approximately 1 hour to obtain a visa or complete necessary documentation. Afterward, our team will guide guests to the vehicle within Cambodia and ensure they reach their hotels in Siem Reap city, dropping them off at their destinations.
