Therme experience - Had the best day at therme with a friend we arrived at 8:30 to an already growing Que. Go up and book treatments before you do anything we was probably 10th in the queue and was told there was only 6 treatment slots left and all were the more expensive treatments.Plenty of beds around. Must say the treatments are definitely worth it had a Malagasy massage with Michael which was incredible being that I’m a therapist he was very thorough and the pressure was just right. Also had the extreme hyaluron with Anna skin was left feeling incredible. Would definitely come back for another weekend. Prices were extremely reasonable. I will say we didn’t realise it was a party evening so was expecting it to quieten down but it ended up so extremely busy come 19:00.

Wonderful experience - We stayed at the spa in Bucharest and it was a wonderful experience let's start by saying that are very organized both the changing rooms and also the various routes such as sauna steam room and also the pools themselves very clean There is a bar in each pool experience to redo is highly recommended

One of the best Spas in Europe 👍👍 - I had an amazing time at the thermal spa! The water baths actually sorted my back out, which was a huge relief. I loved the variety of saunas since they all have different temperatures perfect if you're a sauna lover like me. The waterpark was a lot of fun, but I also really enjoyed the outdoor pools and the pool bar; the cocktails were lovely. It does get busy, but I'm glad I went midweek because it's apparently much better than the weekend. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic spa. - Huge structure (5900 lockers) with indoor pool communicating with the outdoor pool and heated in winter. Various thermal baths with lithium salts etc. 4 saunas, one with cinema screen. Restaurant with Service or Self Service.

Overrated! - Overrated! They just pack you in, way too busy and could be organised much better. If you are going to at least quadruple up on the people to sun bed ratio then have a time limit so every one can get a chance to sit down rest on a sun bed. No last minute treatment slots, you have to book at least several days in advance. Rude unhelpful staff especially brutish security, expect to wait a long while for bar drinks then when asked where they were, denial from bartender who took the order then and having to purchase again not good. It’s Not a peaceful restful enjoyable spa day. No where in the same league as the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. Avoid as there are much better activities to do in Romania.

Spa??? I'd say more water park - With spas I imagine to find relaxation rooms, Turkish bath and saunas. At least this is what I find in all the spas in Italy. What it really is is a water park where children undoubtedly have fun in the pool, slides and squawking (Galaxy). By taking the ticket at a higher cost, you can also go to the “the palms” area where they describe it as a relaxation area when even here there is no relaxation room. Fortunately we did not go to the third area which would surely have disappointed in the same way. There are plenty of sunbeds where you can lie down, not relaxing, but you have to be lucky to find the free ones, as everyone puts towels to occupy the sunbeds and sofas throughout the day. One good thing, however, is that in the huge pools you can have an aperitif in the water, but don’t think you can push a hot tub button because it’s all automatic. This means that the whirlpool lasts four minutes and 10/15 minutes passes before it comes back on. Never mind the reception that when we asked for two bathrobes in the special rental department, said: you are endo Ja, you have to speak Romanian or I do not understand....

TOO MANY PEOPLE / TOO LOUD - Too many people, very loud. deckchairs are inaccessible, people put their towels on them and disappear so we can't use them. It is absolutely not relaxing Very expensive for what it is!

A disappointment...of spas have absolutely nothing - More than spas I would call them Covered pools, spas where to relax honestly I saw very little, lots of noisy people, glasses of spriz abandoned by the pool, very few sunbeds for the amount of people they let in, to make the sauna you have to queue for 15 minutes... the area slides an asylum... I advise those who have children between 8/10 years not to go because many slides some even normal are prohibited.... are fiscal if you wear a bracelet and then if qlc abandons the glasses in the water they pretend not to be

The worst spas I've been to - I'm sorry but I was very disappointed. We assume that with our €60.00 ticket you can access the swimming pools and some saunas. The towels are not included, the upstairs is paid open in a very transparent way, that is, there is a turnstile that asks you to scan your badge to pass but then charges you 35 lei, the sign with the cost is there, but it is not clearly visible. Once you access this area you will find saunas, after the sauna if you need to drink water you have to pay🤣😅 it is the first sauna in my life that does not make water available... the area with the slides is a war on who climbs over you to get down the slide first. Showers are badly divided between men and women, you don't have the privacy to take off your costume because you find someone of your opposite sex staring at you. Plus I was locked inside the locker room by someone, lucky there was room to get out from under the door. Finally we came out of the showers dressed and wanted a beer, but alcohol is only sold inside the pools and they told us that since we were dressed we could not access. If I could give 0 stars I would, really bad experience.

Not worth the time, energy, or money. NEVER AGAIN - Booking through Viator was easy — they handled everything seamlessly, which honestly was the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, the Therme itself was a major disappointment. It was overcrowded, and finding a place to sit was nearly impossible. The saunas were constantly being interrupted by guests ignoring the posted attire rules, which meant staff kept coming in every few minutes — completely ruining any chance to relax. When I arrived, I was told to book massages upstairs, but when I went to book massages we were told they were sold out. Overall, this place seems more geared toward people who want to drink in warm pools all day rather than those looking for a true spa or wellness experience. Definitely not the relaxing atmosphere I was expecting, and I won’t be returning.
