Once the booking is confirmed, our team will greet the customer at Bali airport, whether international or domestic, on the arrival date. They will hold a signboard displaying the guest’s name. Flight details are required to monitor the flight. The transfer service will be a private transfer in an air-conditioned car, accommodating up to four passengers including luggage, and will transport the guest to their accommodation in Bali. Please kindly provide a mobile or WhatsApp number during booking to facilitate communication at the arrival airport.

Once you meet the driver, they will assist you to the car and take you to your destination in Bali. The service is door-to-door and private, meaning only you and your party will be in the car. The service is suitable for a maximum of 4 passengers and their luggage. It’s a flexible service, so feel free to ask the driver if you need to stop somewhere on the way before reaching your accommodation.
