• Highland Park - The tour’s first stop is Baku’s Upland Park, the highest point in the Azerbaijani capital, offering a panoramic view of the city and its bay. It is one of Baku’s most beautiful and tranquil spots, perfect for peaceful walks.

Our guide will take you to a specific location in the park where you can enjoy a unique view of the city with its stunning lights, buildings, and attractions, including the Baku Eye, Crystal Hall, and the city Boulevard. You’ll also see buildings like the national parliament - the Milli Majlis, and the Flame Towers, which are three high-rise structures, including a hotel, apartments, and offices. The panels between windows are horizontally covered with LED screens that display the movement of fire visible from the city’s farthest points. The lights create visual effects of torches, highlighting the main idea of the towers’ name - “Flame Towers.”

• Mini-Venice - The next stop is Baku Boulevard, considered a sea embankment, beauty, and pride of Baku. It is a 25-kilometer magnificent park with exotic trees, shopping and entertainment centers, splendid bicycle paths, and views of the Government House of Soviet Azerbaijan. Additionally, the park is renowned for its small version of Venice. With its canals and bridges, as well as boat trips, it captivates both city guests and Baku residents.

• Government House - While relaxing in this amazing park, you’ll immediately recognize one of the world’s architectural masterpieces, the Government House of Soviet Azerbaijan. It took nearly 16 years to construct this massive structure during Azerbaijan’s Soviet era. Historical evidence shows that German prisoners of war were used to build this enormous structure.

• Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center - The Baku Night tour concludes with a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center, considered a masterpiece of modern architecture in the deconstructivism style by the “Queen of Curved Lines,” Zaha Hadid. The center’s grounds feature a magnificent park with green lawns and snow-white footpaths that pass by original sculptures and compositions, the most famous being the city guests’ favorite, “I Love Baku.”
