- Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center - Spend approximately 20 minutes here to admire the night view of this stunning location and capture photos in front of the “I Love Baku” sign. - Baku Boulevard - Established in 1909, Baku Boulevard is a promenade that runs parallel to Baku’s seafront. Its history spans over a century, dating back to when Baku oil barons constructed their mansions along the Caspian shore, with the seafront being gradually built up. Enjoy a 60-minute walk here, or guests can opt for a boat ride in Little Venice.
- Baku Crystal Hall - Pass by Baku Crystal Hall, an indoor arena located on the coast of Baku near National Flag Square. Construction began in August 2011 and was completed by April 2012, just in time to host the Eurovision Song Contest 2012.
- National Flag Square - This square showcases the state symbols of Azerbaijan—the coat of arms, the anthem, and a map of the country. The flagpole was once recognized by the Guinness Book as the world’s tallest flagpole and is currently the third tallest in the world.
- Ferris Wheel - On the way to Highland Park, pass by the Baku Eye, also known as the Ferris Wheel, located on Baku Boulevard in the Seaside National Park of Baku, Azerbaijan’s capital. The wheel stands 60 meters (200 ft) tall and features 30 enclosed cabins, each accommodating eight people, except for two VIP cabins for four people. A full rotation takes 30 to 40 minutes.
- Highland Park - The final stop of the night panoramic tour is Highland Park. After being dropped off, the guide will explain the history of this location. Witness the flame show of the three Flame Towers and take a leisurely walk towards Martyrs’ Lane and the Eternal Flame monument. Guests can reach the top of Highland Park to enjoy a breathtaking view of Baku at night. After spending about 60 to 90 minutes here, walk down the steps where the driver will be waiting. The tour, including driving and walking with explanations, lasts approximately 3-4 hours, concluding with a return to the meeting point.
