The tour begins with a meeting with a local guide at one of the designated meeting points, such as Fountain Square or the hotel lobby where guests are staying. Together, the group will proceed to the first food stop, a café located on one of the central street corners, where they will sample local wines paired with wine snacks. There are no restrictions on mixing white and red wine, and rest assured, your stomach will handle it well.

Next, the tour moves on to taste local street food, qutab, which comes in two varieties: with greens or with meat and sumac. The journey continues with local bread doner, available with chicken or beef.
