Ateshgah Fire Temple: Historical records indicate that before the Indian Temple of Fire was built in Surakhani at the end of the 17th century, locals worshipped here due to the “seven holes with burning flames.”
Qala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex: Situated on an archaeological site in Gala village, which is 5000 years old.
“From Waste to Art” Museum: Features handicrafts by artists from Azerbaijan, Germany, USA, Estonia, Romania, Georgia, Lithuania, Belarus, and other countries, made from paper, discarded mechanisms, household items, tire covers, car windscreens, glass dishes, metal, and other waste materials.
Fire Mountain Yanardag National Reserve: Located in Azerbaijan, Yanar Dag is a natural gas fire that continuously burns on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula near Baku. Flames rise 3 meters (9.8 ft) from a thin, porous sandstone layer.
Old City Tour: The Old City, or Inner City, is the historical heart of Baku, Azerbaijan’s capital. It is the oldest part of Baku, surrounded by well-protected walls. In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people.
Highland Park: Offers the best vantage point to view Baku from above.
