1. Meeting Point: After passing through Customs, collecting your luggage, and clearing the Agriculture Check, proceed directly to the umbrella pickup area outside the airport. IMPORTANT NOTE: For groups of up to 6 travelers, meet at UMBRELLA #10. For larger groups of 7 or more, meet at UMBRELLAS #3 and #4. This is crucial for meeting your chauffeur.

   Your chauffeur will have the lead traveler’s name on a paper or an iPad. Important NOTE: After clearing the Agriculture Check Point and before exiting the airport, you will pass through a corridor with glass doors where TIMESHARE and other SALES PEOPLE may be present. You are not required to stop unless you wish to inquire about timeshares.

2. Identification: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you there, easily identifiable by the sign or iPad displaying your name and Baja Sur VIP company information. This ensures you can easily find your designated driver.

3. Destination: We guarantee a comfortable drive from the airport to your chosen destination, whether it’s a hotel, resort, or villa in Cabo San Lucas or San Jose.

4. Vehicle Comfort: Enjoy a relaxing ride in our climate-controlled vehicles, complete with complimentary beverages for your refreshment. Please inform us if you need any additional amenities, such as booster seats or pet accommodations.
