• Lake Crescent - Situated in the northern foothills of the Olympic Mountains, Lake Crescent is approximately 18 miles west of Port Angeles. The crystal-clear waters of this deep, glacially carved lake make it a perfect spot for those seeking natural beauty. Drive west on Highway 101 from Port Angeles for 20 miles. At milepost 228, turn right into a large parking area marked for Lake Crescent and Marymere Falls.
• Marymere Falls - Travel west on Highway 101 from Port Angeles for 20 miles. At milepost 228, turn right into a spacious parking area marked for Lake Crescent and Marymere Falls. Continue 0.2 miles to the Storm King Ranger Station, located on the shores of Lake Crescent. The paved, horseshoe-shaped parking area is near the Ranger Station, restrooms, and a boat launch. Start your hike on the Marymere Falls Nature Trail.
