• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Photo ID must be shown to match the the method of payment used to create the booking, which will be documented at check-in.
• You must arrange your own transportation to the departure point to arrive during check-in between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. No-Shows will be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• The tour is WEATHER PERMITTING: If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be notified through email or text to reschedule. If rescheduling is not optimal a full refund will be initiated. The itinerary may change without notice to ensure the safety of all guests.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed on the catamaran. Not even water bottles. Only baby formula and milk.
• No smoking is allowed during our tour.
• Please note: It is recommended your bring sunscreen, a towel, a hat and sunglasses.
