Fantastic day out for family with a 2 year old toddler. - Fantastic day out for a family with a two year old toddler. Lots of kid friendly space with slides and splash pools. Hired a cabana which was nice to relax at during the day. Food was great. Plenty for adults to do as well.

Well Worth a Visit - Polite and friendly staff greeted us. Many lockers are available so you can keep your belongings safe. The slides are for brave thrill seekers. There are swimming pools and a Lazy River for a fun and calm time. I thoroughly enjoyed floating along the Lazy River. Some of the paths can get quite slippery. The food was delicious; the drinks were refreshing. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Clean Fun great Laughs - We had a fantastic family day at Waterbom. The whole park was impeccably clean and really well maintained. I loved the clever cashless system where you preload money onto a wristband—made everything simple and stress-free. The rides were brilliant: new, fun, and genuinely exhilarating, with something for every age group. Prices for food and drinks were very reasonable too, which was a nice surprise. What really stood out was the staff—super cheerful, helpful, and always friendly. It made the experience even better. Highly recommend for families, groups of friends, teens, younger kids, and even adults looking for a fun day out. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back.

Great slides. Amazing organisation of park - Great slides. Park felt really safe, very clean and all the staff were super friendly. The lockers and cashless wristbands worked very well. Great to be able to buy all the photos from the day for a reasonable price at the end.

VIP Gazebo a must! - We had an amazing day here in the VIP gazebo. I believe we had the largest gazebo which had direct access to the main pool. This gave us a perfect base so some of us could swim and sunbathe whilst others enjoyed the slides. Thoroughly recommend the water park.

Tropical Paradise with a side of rides - Wow - this was WAY better than I could have ever imagined. Think tropical rainforest, with stunning plants and trees providing the ultimate shade all around the park, combined with outstanding waterslides and rides. It really was the ultimate sensory experience. The staff were SO bloody friendly and excited each and every time our 4yr old Son finished a ride, clapping and smiling and high fiving. They would see hundreds of kids over and over and the high vibe attitude and friendliness just shone. There is no cash - you prepay money on your SplashBand - TIP - put way more on than you expect to use, it can be refunded at the end. We got there about 1230 and it was in full swing. Kids area was hardly any line up and all the deck chairs were taken. We only hired one towel as it was so hot you didnt need to dry off as such. Towel hire is $8 but you get $5 back when you return it. There was a waitlist of 9 for a gazebo which is a luxury ($120) however not really needed as you're busy using the slides and swimming. Groups it would be good for a central base. Next time we go we may consider booking one in advance. As we had a 4yr old he was only able to go on kids rides + the Python with us (100cm minimum). All the next possible rides were over 120cm. We waited in line over 40mins for the Python, which was alot of fun and our 4yr loved. As the day wore on the lines reduced, so it may pay to go in the late afternoon, as the other ride lines also thinned out and you could keep returning for additional rides with only a handful of people in front of you. A myriad of food options, with fast service. My only con was when I ordered Nachos at the main place in the middle with the waterfall in the centre... she said they were out of the mince chicken and was I ok with that, I said that was fine, was the price less? She said no, it was the same price. Um what? Bit rude...dollop of extra sour cream or gauc doesnt really cut it to make up for no meat on the nachos. Other than that, everything was tasty and staff really great. There was a whole other pool section we almost didnt go to - so consult your map. Pool bars everywhere - it really is like a luxury tropical resort inside, dont miss out on going, even if you dont like rides, the pools, food and bars alone are an amazing experience. One suggestion would be to offer sunscreen at various locations so you didnt have to keep returning to your locker to reapply all the time OR as some people did, have a waterproof bum bags to kept your phone and sunscreen on hand. Will def return so our son can experience more rides as he grows. Excellent value for money - sh!ts all over Wet and Wild on the Goldy in Australia.

Good day out - We went with family for my daughters birthday and had a lovely time. Ages ranged from 8 years to 62 years and everyone had a good time. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Prices for food and drink were reasonably priced and those who went on the slides, said the queues were not long and there was a good number and variety of slides. There was just 1 slide that my 8 year old could not go on due to height restrictions but he was able to go on the rest. He's 4ft tall. Highly recommend for a fun day out.

Great family day out! - This was our second time visiting Waterbom and we were blown away by the improvements to the park over the last few years. The new kids Aquaplay and the Oasis area with new slides was awesome. We pre-booked a Premium Gazebo in the Aquaplay area. Highly recommend doing this if you have young kids. It really makes everything so much easier. Towels are included, plus a safe for your belongings, private toilet and showers, food can be ordered and delivered to the Gazebo. Dedicated staff looking after you as well. The park is clean and well maintained. The cashless payment system is great too. We prebooked our tickets online which made our arrival seamless. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing experience - Honestly such a fun day I didn’t even realize how many hours went by. The park is super clean and the staff are friendly always smiling and making sure people are safe. The rides are crazy fun some of them are really chill if you just want to float and some literally made me scream my lungs out 😂. Food inside is a bit pricey but still tasty and lots of options so you don’t really need to step out. I think the single day pass is worth every bit especially if you go early and make the most of it. Would definitely come back again with friends next time.

A must when in Bali - I was afraid our 2 young children would quickly be bored, but there are slides for everyone ! I had as much fun as my 18mo. The rides are amazing. Everything was so well organised and even the food was great. Definitely great value for money. Will be coming back in all our future Bali holidays.
