Great 1st day in Egypt - Our driver, Islam and guide Ola picked us up promptly at our hotel for our tour of Saqqara, Memphis and Dahsur. Although traffic takes some getting used to in Egypt, Islam did a great job of transporting us safely to each of the sites. Ola had a thorough knowledge of the history of the areas and how it fits in to the history of Egypt. She did a wonderful job of explaining what we were seeing and also gave us plenty of time to explore on our own. We finished with a tasty lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Giza pyramids. The whole day and Itinerary went smoothly. It was a perfect day to begin our trip to Egypt!

If you have kids and want a great Pyramid Tour ask for Abeer - We had an amazing day out with our guide Abeer and our driver Mostafa! Honestly we enjoyed this tour more than our visit to the Giza pyramids because it was less crowded and there was more to see. Abeer synced with us via WhatsApp the night before and she and Mostafa were waiting for us at the hotel a few minutes early. As Mostafa navigated the adventurous roads, Abeer gave us a summary of what to expect for the day and some historical background. We started at Saqqara with the Step pyramid where Abeer went the extra mile to make it interesting for our 2 kids by asking them questions and even drawing some pictures to make it more interesting. She then pointed out all the most interesting spots. There was so much to see at this stop, including hieroglyphics, paintings, and so many things to explore inside. We really appreciated Abeer making sure we saw all the highlights. After a nice explore, Mostafa picked us up again with the comfortable, cool car and more bottled water. We then arrived to the bent pyramid and the red pyramid. Not only did Abeer advise us which to go in, but they also managed to time it so that we avoided the big tour groups. We ended up going into the red pyramid and it was great! It was more interesting and big inside than we'd imagined and we had the inside all to ourselves. Before we left Abeer took some nice family pictures for us. We then had one last tour stop at a museum in Memphis where Abeer showed us lots of interesting details and answered all of our and our kids questions. Like the whole day she was so sweet with the kids, helping them by the hand and working hard to keep them engaged. We really really appreciated it. Lastly we stopped at a great restaurant for a late lunch where we had freshly prepared barbecue chicken and meet along with a buffet of other Egyptian food. Again I have to thank Abeer and the restaurant because she called ahead and arranged for pasta for the kids which was very thoughtful. She and the staff at the restaurant also played with the kids while we were sitting . I would also be remiss not to mention that the restaurant had an amazing pyramid view. Then we got back in the car and Mostafa dropped us off safely at the hotel. All in all it was a very nice day and we could tell that Abeer and Mostafa did everything they could to make the day comfortable, enjoyable, memorable, and informative. Thank you so much for everything!

Wael a really great tour guide - I had an outstanding private day tour of Saqqara, Memphis, and Dahshur with Wael. He was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing each site to life with clear, engaging explanations and a real passion for Egypt’s history. What truly set him apart was how thoughtful and helpful he was beyond the historical insights. He took the time to explain common scams to watch out for and gave practical advice on tipping, which made me feel much more comfortable navigating Egypt. By the end of the day, it felt less like a typical tour and more like spending time with a friend who genuinely cared about making the experience special. I would highly recommend Wael to anyone looking for a deeper, more personal understanding of these incredible sites.

Fabulous day out in Cairo - We took the private tour today to Sakara, Dahshor and Memphis. Our guide, Ibrahim and driver Fauzy were waiting for us and were so friendly that it put us at ease straight away. Ibrahim was the most fantastic guide and so passionate about Egyptian history but in a way we could understand. We thought a whole day of ‘pyramids’ might be overwhelming but Ibrahim explained everything so clearly and made it so interesting that I could have easily booked another day tomorrow if we weren’t leaving for Aswan. I must add that Fauzy was an exceptional driver and very funny. I would thoroughly recommend this one day private tour, worth every penny and Ibrahim is a star. Thank you so much for making this day so memorable. Vickie and John Billingham New Zealand

Visit to Ancient History - Our best day out being looked after Nadeer and our driver. We visited 3 of the oldest pyramids - Saqqara & Dahshur Pyramids. We had a delicious lunch with a wonderful close up view of the Giza Pyramids. Thanks to Nadeer who was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of Egypt’s past.

Fun in the first capital - The tour was overall fine to visit some of the most important pyramids and monuments of Memphis and Saqqara. The guide was good but seemed to rush so he could go to prayer.

The tour itself is cool,... - The tour itself is cool, however they do not report well on the times of the various activities and so we felt they were in a hurry to finish the tour as quickly as possible. About the driver we have no complaints, of the best we have found. About the guide, well, scarce information and sometimes, when I asked him any questions, he ignored. It seems a fairly common practice when the interlocutor is female.
