  The Red Pyramid stands as Egypt’s first perfect pyramid and is the second largest in the country, including the pyramids of Giza. Adjacent to it is the older Bent Pyramid, known for being the first attempt at constructing a true pyramid. Due to miscalculations, engineers adjusted the angle midway, resulting in its distinctive bent shape. Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your tour.
