Great ride but stuck in a cab - It was a beautiful drive and visit to the Bell Museum. But the start was rocky, thus the 4 stars. We were told to meet at 9am just off the ship. So we were there at 845 to be sure. It turned out that the company does not operate a mini bus, but uses local cabs for the rides. So we waited over an hour for our driver to show up. Then, once we were in the cab, were told they had to pick up another couple for the trip. It was a Chevy Malibu, and the other couple was tall, so the five of us were packed in the car for the three hours or so of driving. Not nearly as nice as a bus would have been. But the driver was safe, and the ride beautiful, just a hassle to get going and lack of communication.

Squeezed in - Six people squeezed into a Dodge van. Stopped at a chocolatier and a bakery. Not necessary. We stopped at two other points to take pictures.

Terrible Experience - This was so bad it makes me pause about using Viator in future. We made it to Bell museum. Those of us on tour decided the time to be done. No direction from driver. We were supposed to shop in Baddeck but the drivers boss wanted him back at port so he just drove through the town and took us back to ship. The entire time back, he was speeding back with his boss calling many times to see where he was. And, didn’t use bluetooth…had to keep answering texts and calls from boss. Glad to be back to shop.
