Super complete tour with Florencia - It is an experience that you must live in Bacalar; at first, I felt fear, but Florencia gave us a lot of confidence, and breakfast by the lagoon is something priceless... excellent guide 10/10

Amazing Paddle Boarding experience - Flor was the best guide. She took it slow since it was our first time. It was an amazing experience to paddle around the lagoon and relax in the water with a nice breakfast.

Very good tour. - Very good tour; Florencia treated us excellently, they provided fruit and coffee for breakfast, and we were able to swim in the lagoon on two occasions. The tour is highly recommended, and if you can go with Florencia, she comes highly recommended!

Beautiful sunrise paddleboard - The most magical sunrise imaginable, an absolute must if you do only one thing whilst you’re in Bacalar (or even Mexico!)
The cost was $30 per person which included a nice breakfast with fruit, toast and coffee which you have stood in the lake (it’s perfect!)
Florencia was a great guide and made the experience great and easy for all ability levels.
My only feedback would be the equipment could have been slightly better condition - but it was all great.

I arrived at the meeting... - I arrived at the meeting point at the scheduled time, but no one answered the door. There was no doorbell or any clear way to contact someone. I tried calling and sending messages through phone, WhatsApp and the Viator app, but received no response whatsoever. While they did issue a refund quickly that does not make up for the inconvenience. I still had to pay for a taxi to get there and ended up missing the activity completely. I would not recommend booking.
