It’s pure magic. I fell in love with Bacalar - Don’t hesitate, it’s incredible. Stay for at least two nights and make sure to book a boat tour and eat at Nixtamal. Hotel MBH just north of town is a great option

Not Fun - The bus ride is long. The bus broke down. The trip was not worth the money. We were gone for over 16 hours. Way too long. Every thing was in Spanish. Very liitel English spoken. The guide was good but most of his talking was in Spanish. Not the best day at all
