• Lake Bacalar - Begin your adventure just an hour after your cruise ship arrives in Costa Maya. Meet your guide at Plaza Las Fuentes, conveniently situated just outside the Costa Maya cruise port, and prepare for the approximately 1 hour and 15-minute journey to Bacalar.

Upon arrival in Bacalar, board your boat for a 2-hour exploration of the Seven Colors Lagoon. Marvel at the water as it transitions through various shades of turquoise and blue while cruising between Cenote Esmeralda, Cenote La Bruja, and Cenote Cocalitos.

Guests aged 21 and over can also enjoy two alcoholic beverages, choosing from beer or selected cocktails. After lunch, take some time to unwind by the lagoon and savor the view before boarding your transportation for the approximately 1 hour and 15-minute ride back to Costa Maya and your cruise ship.

• Tour Departure: Your tour departs 1 hour after your cruise ship arrives in Costa Maya, with the earliest departure at 9:00 AM Ship Time.
• Meeting Point: Meet your guide at Plaza Las Fuentes, conveniently located just outside the Costa Maya cruise port. Detailed meeting instructions will be provided with your reservation.
• Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
• The tour includes opportunities to swim in Bacalar Lagoon. Life jackets are mandatory during the boat experience. Swimming ability is not required to enjoy the lagoon.
• Bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, comfortable clothing, hat, and sun protection. Biodegradable sunscreen is recommended to help protect Bacalar’s ecosystem.
• Bring extra cash for gratuities and personal expenses. Credit cards may not be accepted outside the port area.
• This tour does not operate on Wednesdays. Availability may also be limited on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
• Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available upon request. Please provide any dietary requirements in advance.
• Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests 21 years and older. Two alcoholic drinks are included; premium spirits and additional cocktails are available at an additional cost.
• Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable/collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
