• Ecoparque Bacalar - Janzu is a guided aquatic bodywork session aimed at achieving deep relaxation, emotional release, and a mindful connection with the body through water. The session starts with a brief introduction to establish a safe and comfortable environment. Participants then enter the water together, beginning with gentle walking, breathing exercises, and light stretching to help the body relax and set a clear intention.

Once prepared, the Janzu practice commences. As participants float supported by the water, the therapist leads them through a continuous sequence of slow, fluid movements, including gentle stretches, rhythmic motions, soft massage, and immersion techniques, all performed with care and full presence.

During the session, gravity seems to vanish. Muscles release tension, breathing becomes effortless, and the nervous system transitions into a deep state of calm. Many describe the experience as deeply nurturing, grounding, and peaceful.
