Tarangire National Park - Begin your adventure today at Tarangire National Park, renowned for its impressive baobab trees, the ever-flowing Tarangire River, and seasonal swamps that host the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. After enjoying breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel by our experienced guide and head to the park. The famous Tarangire River, the sole water source in the area, attracts a variety of African wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, dik-diks, waterbucks, warthogs, reedbucks, buffaloes, zebras, and even lions. While leopards are occasionally seen, cheetahs are a rare sight. This will be an incredible experience as you observe the wildlife from the open roof of our jeep. After the game drive, you will depart the park in the late afternoon and travel to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Tarangire Area to Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Start your day early as you journey to the cooler regions of the Ngorongoro highlands. The stunning beauty and diverse wildlife here are opportunities no traveler should miss when visiting Tanzania. This vast crater, approximately 600 meters deep and 20 kilometers wide, is home to a variety of animals, including the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard – as well as Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles and mountain reedbucks. You may also spot hyenas and over 500 bird species, making it a paradise for bird enthusiasts. Lunch will be served on the crater, and in the late afternoon, you will travel back to Karatu for an overnight stay at the lodge.
