Fun with food! - I had a great time going to the market and working with my fellow chefs under the tutelage of Lisa. She kept things fun while explaining the cultural significance of each dish. And, of course, the food was DELICIOUS! A great time was had by all!

A Must Do -Highly Recommend - What an excellent cooking experience, great fun and the best introduction to Vietnamese food. We had a great group of only 5 but such a fun time as we learnt about the different foods, fruits and flavours. The food was delicious and a joy to cook. A very professional run course from start to finish, loved every minute of it!

Lots of fun and very delicious! - What a great experience! My cooking instructor was Lisa, and despite being very short, she was a super friendly and knowledgeable instructor. She took us to the markets, which I'll admit I was a bit hesitant about buying from, but after we cooked it, and prepared everything with such care, the food was delicious and safe. Lisa was kind enough to continue sharing restaurant recommendations with me afterwards. Excellent service!!

BEST HANOI EXPERIENCE - I loved this experience — Lysa www very fun and informative and I truly enjoyed my cooking experience. Her coco nut coffee was delicious and the spring rolls were so yummy!

Don't miss out on on this fantastic experience! - The Experience was an absolute highlight of our time in Hà Nội. The whole package is well organised and provides a wholesome journey through the Vietnamese traditions and cuisine. It was great to wander across a Vietnamese market to source all ingredients for the dinner fresh from the venders and then cook together over the next hours. We can highly recommend this experience to everyone visiting Hà Nội.

Culinary and historic experience - I had a tremendous experience on this tour and a huge reason was Lisa. She had vast knowedge on many aspects of the tour and the culinary experience. She was a consumate proffesional. I would gladly and whole heartedly recommend this tour to others.

Vietnamese cooking class in the heart of Hanoi. - Our family of five had such an amazing experience from pick up to drop off. Maxie walked us through the cooking process from exploring the local markets, preparing the food, cooking the food and of course the best bit, eating the food. So much fun and the tastes were fabulous. Highly recommend this class.

disappointed - this review would have been a five star review except for the unsanitary manner of some of the participants. A standard of hygiene should be followed by the kitchen. Though we did wash our hands before food prep, there were people coughing into their hands, touching their feet and nose, and nothing was said. A reminder about hygiene is essential when food is being prepared. The guide was lovely, but much the food was avoided because of lack of hygiene.
