Fun but better instructions needed - Instructions were very hard to find & difficult to understand. We thought that there would be 12 codes one for each on the team members and found out the only the team leader got a code and the rest just had to listen and it could not use their phone. Instructions were not cleared that that was the case once we found the instructions. We tried to get hold of customer service several times and there was no response from customer. Service would’ve been nice if they had someone there to help us walk through the process of setting up the game Even if it was just online chat. We bought four packages and ended up using three of the four but follow the same process for the second and third game once we tested the instructions on the first game group. Needed to know how to transfer the team captain into a different device if the team captain was not going to be available. Again, customer service would’ve been great to have available, especially at the beginning when we were setting up. It was unclear how to add other phones to view the game. It was unclear if to get the bonus the picture had to be posted to social media and the team captain or the members would’ve needed access to media to be able to post such a picture. It was appreciated that the game was just in the main pedestrian area and we did not have to travel all over town for the clues so having it consolidated was nice. Also would’ve been good to know if each team was getting the same hints in the same sequence as the team is pretty much just followed each other around instead of separating out and going different places so having the hint in a different order may have changed the order or given them the option to go to different places at different times instead of following each other. Team appreciated the fact that the game could be pods so they could go in and actually look at the place that they were at. I’m sure the locals appreciated the extra business as well so having the pause feature was excellent. Otherwise everyone enjoyed the game and we had a good time would do the game again. We recommended again for another place other than Avalon if available it was fun. Thank you.

Birthday fun - We had a lot of fun doing this activity…. It was great working with my husband and seeing the downtown area and learning about the island. Totally recommend this activity

Puzzle fun a unique exper - It was very fun, and directed us to find some interesting & unique landmarks we otherwise wouldn’t have given any attention.There are 31 pieces to the puzzle, so need to allow enough time. We were thinking a couple of hours( not including meal or snack breaks) but I think we should have allowed at least 4-5 hours.
